Does it track steps automatically?
No, on purpose. Your phone already counts. We text you each morning so you actually read the number and reply with it, which is the part that builds the habit.
What if I forget to check?
The text is the reminder, and it tells you where to look (your phone's health app). Reply with the count when you get to it. A late number still counts toward your weekly average.
Can I set my own goal?
Yes. Default is 8,000 a day. Set yours in setup, two questions, and we celebrate when you cross it.
How do I cancel?
Text CANCEL STEPS and we stop. No phone call, no retention rep, no guilt trip.
Does it work on my phone?
It's SMS. If your phone can send a text, it works. No app to download, no smartphone required.
