Who gets alerted if I miss?
Only the one person you name in setup, and only after two days in a row of NO or no reply. A single off day triggers nothing. Want to go solo? Reply SKIP and leave the buddy blank.
Is this medical advice?
No. It doesn't diagnose, dose, or know what's in the bottle. It tracks whether you said you took your meds and nudges the human you chose if you go quiet.
