What are the Friday challenges?

Optional weekly nudges: a no-phone-at-dinner stretch, a sub-3-hour Saturday. You opt in at setup. They turn a vague goal into one concrete thing to try this week.

What's a realistic goal?

Default is 4 hours a day, but set your own. The point isn't zero, it's down from wherever you quietly know you are right now.

How do I cancel?
