Do I really only log once a day?
Yes. One evening text, one reply with the day's diaper and feeding counts plus any notes. It's built for tired parents, not data nerds: the once-a-day total is enough to spot patterns and answer the doctor.
Can both parents see the log?
Add a second number in setup and we text a weekly summary to the other parent, so whoever's at the appointment has the numbers and nobody's relaying counts at midnight.
Is this medical advice?
No. It records what you report and shows you the trend. It doesn't diagnose or tell you what's normal. It just makes sure that when a professional asks, you have real numbers instead of a sleep-deprived guess.
