How many goals can I track?

One to three, each with a target date, set in setup. The daily check rotates through them so each one stays in front of you without any single day feeling like a quiz.

What happens during a cold streak?

After five days of NO on a goal, it asks whether you want to adjust it or recommit. No shame, just an honest fork: a goal you keep missing might need to change, or you might just need the push to restart.

What do I reply?

Whatever you did toward the goal, in your own words ("ran 2 miles," "signed up for the race"), or NO. Naming the action makes it count, and the weekly summary shows your momentum.

How do I cancel?

Text CANCEL GOALS and we stop. No phone call, no retention rep, no guilt trip.

Does it work on my phone?
